🔧 Service Call Fee – $150
Includes:

• First hour of on-site work (assessment + minor repairs)
• Many small jobs are completed within this time

➕ Additional Time: $100/hour

Projects requiring more time or complexity are priced per job—not hourly.
This provides:

• A clear, upfront cost
• Better value for larger jobs
• One flat price - no hourly rates to worry about
